The Department of Technology Management (TM) in the School of Engineering at the University of Bridgeport invites applications for a full time tenure-track position at the Assistant, Associate or full Professor level to commence in the spring 2017/fall 2017 term.
Candidates must have a Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Technology Management or a related field. Industry experience is desired. A strong interest in teaching graduate courses and an excellent scholarship record are required in addition to a solid funded research and grant writing record. Courses will be taught in the Department of Technology Management and as inter-disciplinary courses in other engineering or business departments.
We offer an exciting and innovative MS-TM degree with multiple concentrations in addition to a prestigious Ph.D. degree in Technology Management.
Preference will be given to applicants who can teach quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, technology management core and advanced topics (such as project management, information technology, analytics, engineering economics, technology marketing, technology new venture creation, and other related courses).
