The appointment could begin as soon as September 1, 2017, pending administrative and budgetary approvals.
The terms of employment in NYU Shanghai are comparable to U.S. institutions with respect to research start-up funds and compensation, and they include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children. Faculty may also spend time at NYU New York and other sites of the NYU global network, engaging in both research and teaching.
Applicants should submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, statement of research and teaching interests, and electronic copies of up to five recent relevant publications. To complete the online process, applicants will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of at least three referees. Each referee will be contacted to upload their reference letter.
