The Donia and Wingreen labs in the Department of Molecular Biology and the Lewis-Sigler Institute for Integrative Genomics at Princeton University are offering a joint appointment for a postdoctoral scholar in computational biology and bioinformatics. The scholar, with a recently completed Ph.D., will lead efforts to perform computational analyses on human microbiome data, including taxonomical and functional classifications. Proficiency in programming is required (e.g. Python, Matlab, R).
