The Canada First Research Excellence Fund Program in Transformative Quantum Technologies invites applications from highly motivated postdoctoral fellows and graduate students interested in experimental studies and implementations of quantum processes. Projects include quantum materials, device physics, quantum control and validation/verification of both spin-based and superconductor-based quantum processors. We are looking to build small quantum processors (target of 50 qubits) and a variety of chemical and navigational sensors.

Postdoctoral candidates must have obtained or expect to complete their doctoral degree no later than September 2017, and be able to demonstrate a solid scientific background, as evidenced by publication record, and letters of recommendation.
