The Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI), invites applications for a postdoctoral research associate to work with Massimo Stiavelli on observational studies of high redshift galaxies. The research will initially entail work with Hubble Space Telescope data obtained as part of the Brightest Of Reionizing Galaxies survey (BORG) and, after the launch of the James Webb Space Telescope, on the JWST imaging and spectroscopic Guaranteed Time Observer program by Stiavelli which focusses on properties of high redshift elliptical galaxies progenitors and on the joint evolution of galaxies and massive black holes.
