Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Theoretical/Computational Condensed Matter Physics The University of Texas at Dallas
The University of Texas at Dallas invites applications for a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor position in theoretical/computational condensed matter physics in the Department of Physics. A successful candidate will have a PhD in Physics or equivalent and a solid record of research accomplishments of relevance to a broad scope of theoretical/computational condensed matter physics. Physicists from all subfields of condensed matter physics, including computational material physics and biophysics, are encouraged to apply. A strong commitment to teaching, at both the undergraduate and advanced graduate levels, is essential. We seek a person with the potential to attract external research funding and the ability to develop collaborative interactions with other theorists and experimentalists, both within the Physics Department and across the campus.
