The Indiana University Department of Physics is seeking applicants for a post-doctoral position in atomic physics/quantum information, to begin as early as Jan. 1, 2017 (precise start date negotiable). Applicants should have a PhD in Physics or closely related field. Efforts of the group are focused on experimental quantum simulation using trapped ions; experience with AMO systems, lasers, optics, electronics, cryogenics, or quantum information experiments is preferred.
