The Physics and Engineering Department at Wheaton College (IL) invites applications for a one-year instructor or visiting assistant professor position in physics starting Fall 2017. An M.S. or Ph.D. degree (or ABD) is required. Applicants must be committed to excellence in teaching in a liberal arts environment and should have demonstrated teaching success at the introductory and advanced undergraduate levels. We are interested in candidates who utilize physics education research-based curricula. Teaching expertise in electronics and introductory labs is strongly desired.
