Get the exact requirements through working with other experts/professors;
Study and investigate references of the compact model, including STT-MRAM, MOSFET and so on;
Research some physical mechanisms of STT-MRAM, and develop its compact model (including static and dynamic models) to be delivered to some users finally.
Form the complete technical documentations, and regularly reporting progress.
PhD in Microelectronics, Computational Physics, Mathematics or Computer Science.
HDL programming experience with Verilog A/ VHDL/ SPICE.
Familiar with IC Front-end design and deep understanding of semiconductor device Physics, experience with the development and/or applications of compact models.
Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Python/C/C++.
Strong mathematical fundamentals, including numerical methods and modeling.
Good communication an organization skills.
