The Department of Physics in the College of Science and Mathematics at Kennesaw State University invites applications for a nine-month, non-tenure-track Clinical Assistant Professor of Physics to begin August 2021. 

The successful applicant is expected to teach non-calculus and calculus-based introductory physics lectures, recitations, and laboratories. Additionally, the successful applicant will serve as a departmental coordinator for our calculus-based physics sequence. Coordinator responsibilities include taking a leadership role in curricular, instructional, and assessment decisions related to the course and serving as a support to both full time and part time faculty members. The successful applicant will have experience with active and inclusive pedagogies and demonstrate strong potential for working collaboratively with faculty in service to a diverse student body. 

Applicants must have a minimum of a PhD degree in Physics or closely-related field, or the foreign equivalent.
