Computational Seismologist

We have an opening for a Computational Seismologist to develop and apply advanced computational seismology methods to non-proliferation and national security problems. We are seeking an individual with the quantitative skills and experience to work with a team of geophysicists and developers in applying these methods to a variety of multi-disciplinary monitoring problems in the Geophysical Monitoring Program (GMP). You will report to the Seismology Group Leader and the Program Leaders. This position is in the Seismology Group within the Atmospheric, Earth, and Energy Division (AEED). This position will be filled at either the SES.3 or SES.4 level based on knowledge and related experience as assessed by the hiring team.
