Scientist, Computational Plasma
Helion Energy
Helion is developing a near-term and low-cost solution for clean, safe energy. Our plasma accelerator technology has demonstrated that it can enable clean fusion energy now. Saving the planet isn't about slowing down. It's about doing what humans do best - innovating for a better future. We have a unique opportunity for a Computational Plasma Scientist. In this role, you will interact with our CEO and Principal Scientist. Your work will focus on the development and implementation of computation plasma physics codes. You are also encouraged to participate and contribute to other relevant activities in Helion as opportunities and interests arise. What You'll Be Doing: Design and implement computational tools to support the modeling of field reversed configuration divertors. And, MHD fluid computational tools. Qualifications:
Candidates should submit the following to the helionenergy.com site: CV, representative publications, contact information for three references, and a cover letter stating their research accomplishments and interests.
