Two-year Visiting Assistant Professor in Physics

The Department of Physics at Trinity College invites applications for a two-year full-time visiting position at the assistant professor level beginning in Fall 2021. We seek candidates who are excited about teaching undergraduates in an active learning environment, and who are committed to inclusive teaching and mentoring. Trinity is a highly selective liberal arts college with motivated students and a strong commitment to quality instruction. We are centrally located in Hartford, Connecticut, providing convenient access to colleagues at neighboring institutions.

A Ph.D. in physics or closely-related field is required; candidates who expect to receive their degrees by August 2021 will also be considered.
