The Department of Physics and Optical Engineering at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank in physics starting August 15, 2022.   Requirements for the position include an earned PhD in physics or a closely related field. All but dissertation or near degree completion will be considered if in-hand by the start date. The successful candidate will be expected to teach introductory, calculus-based physics courses and labs and core and elective physics courses offered by the department.
