We are now looking for a new, enthusiastic Cryo Engineer to join our small but effective team in the US. Bluefors Inc. focuses on delivering product support, service & maintenance, and customer care for our North American customers. As a Cryo Engineer, your job will include hands-on assembly and testing of dilution refrigerator systems, documenting, and commissioning Bluefors systems with high-quality standards. You will get the opportunity to develop yourself with challenging and varying tasks and grow with the company in a high-tech environment. The position requires a 1-2 months long introduction period at headquarters, in Helsinki Finland, after which the work can be stationed in the USA. Applicants need to be legally authorized to work in the USA.
To succeed in this role, you have a minimum MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics and excellent presentation skills. Your main responsibilities would be:
Versatile system-level assembly and system testing of cryogenic dilution refrigerators
On-site installation and acceptance testing at the customer site
Factory acceptance testing and on-site installation with the client
Delivery of a wide range of expert services for Bluefors systems
What we expect from you:
MSc or higher degree in applied/technical physics
Excellent communication skills
Hands-on attitude
English language skills
