As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will be the right hand for our Cryo Engineers in our new West Coast location. Your main responsibility is keeping all threads in your hands when processing our new customer cases and making sure those are handled meticulously and professionally. You will be running the day-to-day operations of our new office and taking care of administrative tasks while interacting with many different stakeholders and our Bluefors Finland office. Your daily tasks will also include supporting our Sales team and assisting with marketing and communications.
Working in the customer interface is definitely at the center of this role, so to succeed in this position, we expect you to have excellent communication skills and a passion for creating excellent customer experience. You can have a degree in an either business or technical field, but a technical background is a significant advantage in this position. You might already have some previous work experience in an office environment since an understanding of the administrative processes will help you in your daily work and while defining the ways of working in our new office. The main purpose of this Customer Care Coordinator is to create better capabilities for us to offer our customers the highest quality support.

Processing and handling customer cases, offering our customers a high-quality first response
Interacting with different stakeholders and with the Bluefors Finland office
Running the day-to-day operations of the office (phone, email, supplies)
Administration e.g., document management, incoming/outgoing mail
Supporting the sales team and assisting with marketing and communications
