Associate Research Scientist / Engineer
RadiaSoft is seeking an early career scientist or engineer to participate in applied research and contract R&D, for a variety of federal, academic, and commercial customers. The position involves work on complex, multidisciplinary projects, so teamwork and good communication skills are important. At RadiaSoft you will provide computational support for scientific experiments, use machine learning techniques for anomaly detection and data analysis for operational facilities, use simulation codes and domain expertise to develop on-line models for real-time applications, and develop novel software for solving complex problems in accelerator science. You will assist with proposal writing, including the collaborative development of ideas to fundamentally advance existing technologies.
