Research Scientist in RIKEN Nuclear Spectroscopy Laboratory
The Nuclear Spectroscopy Laboratory, RIKEN Cluster for Pioneering Research, Japan is now seeking one Research Scientist (full-time indefinite-term employment position) Research Field and Overview The research group has conducted physics studies utilizing RI beams mainly at the RIBF facility. In particular, the group is developing nuclear spin control technologies and applying it to the measurement of spin-related observables such as nuclear spins and electromagnetic moments, in order to elucidate anomalous nuclear structures and properties as well as their mechanisms. The group also aims to extend such technologies to boundary research fields with atomic physics, fundamental physics, and materials science. Job Description The
