Visiting Assistant Professor of Physics
Guilford College invites applications for a full time visiting assistant faculty position in the Physics Department to begin August 2023. This is a two-year position with the potential to be renewed. We are looking for a person who enjoys teaching undergraduates, both in the classroom and in the lab. The successful candidate for the position will teach courses for the physics major, general education lab courses, and algebra-based introductory physics for life and health science students. We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise in advanced laboratory, electronics, and optics experimental pedagogy.
