The Department of Chemistry and Physics at Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, IN, is seeking to fill a one-year visiting assistant professor line in any sub-discipline of physics. The position entails teaching an introductory physics sequence, upper-level physics courses, and related labs. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Physics and a strong commitment to undergraduate education. Candidates with evidence of effective teaching will be given preference. Though this position is not a tenure track, the department anticipates hiring a tenure track position in the near future.
