Plasma Physics Postdoc - IRC82606
What You Will Do The P-24 Plasma Physics group in Physics Division at Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to conduct experimental research in the development of a novel magneto-inertial fusion architecture, at the Plasma Liner Experiment (PLX) facility. The candidate will join a small multi-institutional team pursuing an exciting and novel path towards the realization of fusion energy, and will have significant opportunities for impact and contribution to the success of the effort. As a group, P-24 supports a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge research in high-energy-density (HED) plasma physics and inertial-confinement fusion (ICF) in support of national security.
