Scientist—Radiation Diagnostics for Fusion
General Atomics currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced radiation diagnostics scientist to work within our Energy division in support of the diagnostic development program in San Diego, CA. This position will be under general direction with limited reviews and will apply innovative approaches to design novel radiation measurement systems for fusion research facilities. Duties and responsibilities: Conceptualize, develop, demonstrate and improve diagnostic techniques for measurements of nuclear fusion radiations (neutrons, gamma-rays and X-rays).
