The Department of Physics at Colorado State University seeks to hire a tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant Professor in experimental atomic, molecular, and optical physics. Exceptional candidates from all areas of AMO physics are encouraged to apply, especially those working in the fields of quantum information science (i.e., quantum metrology and sensing) and/or precision measurement. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. in physics or an equivalent degree and have a documented potential for truly outstanding teaching, scholarship, and research. Postdoctoral and/or other substantial experience beyond the Ph.D. is expected.
