As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for product planning, product marketing, and product lifecycle management.  You will drive the development of Bluefors own products and relevant products by an ecosystem of partners.  You will be managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements as well as defining the product offering and roadmap. To deliver winning products and services, you will be working in close cooperation with Bluefors in-house R&D and Quantum Applications teams, and external partners. You will also team up with production, sales, marketing, and support to ensure that revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals are met.  You will be expected to make your mark in the development of product management best practices and tools in the fast-growing company.

What we expect from you

• Experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching products and/or services
• At least 5 years of experience in the industry
• Experience in Business Development with partners
• Good business acumen
• Strong technical background in fields relevant to Bluefors products such as measurement or monitoring devices, manufacturing equipment, computer hardware
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Project management skills
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or Physics

• Willingness to travel

We also appreciate

• Sales experience
• Experience in quantum computing, computing or telecommunication networks, radio/microwave products, industrial refrigeration systems, or cryogenics
• Experience working in the USA and with US customers and partners
