Tenure-Track Professorship for the field of Isotope and Environmental Physics employing Accelerator
At the Faculty of Physics of the University of Vienna the position of a Tenure-Track Professorshipfor the field of Isotope and Environmental Physics employing Accelerator Mass Spectrometry. It's a full time position. Applicants are expected to have expert knowledge and experience in experimental accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) with an interest in ultra-low-level detection of isotopes and radionuclides in the environment. The successful candidate will develop their own line of research, bridging new methodologies and applications. This may comprise for instance new isobar suppression techniques based on ion-laser or ion-molecule interactions to elucidate the production and distribution
